CRM Training

Training that ensures your team actually uses the CRM

Structured, role-based training designed to drive real adoption, not just checkbox completion. We train your team until they are confident, not just until the project is officially over.

Training Formats

Delivered in the format that works for your team

Different teams learn differently. We offer multiple formats and combine them based on your organisation’s size, location, and learning preferences.

On-Site Workshops

Hands-on sessions at your offices with your actual data and workflows. Interactive, practical, and tailored to each team’s responsibilities.

Remote Sessions

Live video training for distributed teams. Screen sharing, breakout rooms, and real-time Q&A. Recorded for anyone who cannot attend.

Recorded Walkthroughs

Short, focused video guides for specific tasks and workflows. Available on demand for new starters and refresher training.

Written Documentation

Step-by-step guides with screenshots, maintained alongside your system. Updated every time we make a change, not left to go stale.

What We Cover

Training designed around roles, not features

Each session is built for a specific audience. Your administrators learn different things from your end users, and your managers learn different things again.

Role-Based Training

Separate sessions for administrators, managers, and end users. Each group learns exactly what they need for their daily responsibilities.

System Administration

User management, permissions, configuration changes, and backup procedures. Your admin team becomes self-sufficient for routine operations.

Reporting & Dashboards

Creating, customising, and scheduling reports. Building dashboards that surface the metrics your leadership team actually reviews.

Workflow Customisation

Modifying automated workflows, notification rules, and approval chains as your processes evolve. No ticket required for routine changes.

Data Management

Importing, exporting, deduplicating, and maintaining data quality. Your team understands the data model and can keep it clean.

Why Training Matters

The number one reason CRM projects fail

83%

of CRM failures are attributed to poor user adoption

Industry research consistently identifies user adoption as the primary risk factor in CRM implementations.

Training is not an afterthought. It is a core part of our delivery process. A CRM that your team does not use confidently is a CRM that has failed, regardless of how well it was built.

Adoption starts before launch

We involve key users during the build phase. By launch day, your team has already seen and shaped the system they will be using.

Support does not end at handover

We include a post-launch support window where your team can ask questions, request refresher sessions, and flag anything that needs adjusting.

New starters are covered

Recorded walkthroughs and written guides mean new team members can onboard without waiting for a scheduled training session.

Questions Answered

CRM training: your questions answered

The questions UK businesses ask us most often when planning training for a new CRM rollout, an existing platform, or a team that needs to get more out of a system they already have.

How much does CRM training cost?

A role-based training programme for a team of 10 to 30 users typically costs £3,000 to £8,000 depending on the number of sessions, format mix (on-site, remote, recorded), and the depth of customisation needed for your specific workflows. Training is also included as part of every bespoke CRM build at no additional cost for the initial rollout team.

How long does a training programme take?

A typical rollout programme runs 3 to 6 weeks: one week of administrator training before go-live, two to three weeks of end-user training rolling through each team, and a follow-up week of Q&A and refresher sessions. Recorded walkthroughs and written guides stay available after the programme ends for new starters and refresher training.

Do you train only on CRMs you have built?

No. We deliver training on any CRM, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, and sector-specific platforms. Our expertise is in adult learning design and role-based curriculum rather than a single product. For platforms we have not trained on before, we spend time with your superusers before the programme to capture the organisation-specific configuration.

What formats do you deliver in?

On-site workshops (most impactful for hands-on learning), live remote sessions with breakout rooms (works well for distributed teams), recorded walkthroughs (ideal for new starters and refresher training), and written step-by-step documentation with screenshots (essential for reference). Most programmes combine all four based on the team’s size and geography.

How do you handle training for different roles?

Separate sessions for administrators, managers, and end users. Administrators learn configuration, user management, permissions, and backup procedures. Managers learn reporting, dashboards, and team-level workflow oversight. End users learn their daily workflow and nothing more, because training bloat is the single biggest adoption risk. Each role gets what they need and no more.

What do you do to drive adoption beyond the training sessions?

Adoption starts before launch, not after. We involve key users during the build or configuration phase so by launch day your team has already seen the system and shaped it. Post-launch, we include a support window where users can ask questions and flag usability issues, which we fix rather than train around. Training without post-launch support is theatre.

Can new starters be trained later without another paid programme?

Yes. Recorded walkthroughs and written guides are yours to use indefinitely. Most organisations onboard new starters from these materials plus a 30-minute handover session from a line manager, without needing a new paid training engagement. If you grow significantly or change processes materially, a refresh programme is scoped separately.

What if the CRM needs changes during the training period?

Common. Training always surfaces usability issues the build team did not predict. We adjust written guides and recorded materials as changes are made, and we include a defined allowance for in-training configuration tweaks so small changes do not blow up the budget. Large changes are scoped separately, but rarely needed if discovery was thorough.
